3DPrintster Guild is a shared search index for independent 3D print shops. Member shops add a search box to their own websites; a search there shows products from every member shop, and a click goes straight to the seller's own product page. We are a search index and tracking service only. We are not a marketplace, a seller, or a payment processor. We never handle your customers' orders, payments, shipping, tax or returns, and we do not collect shoppers' personal information.
Membership is a flat fee billed for the period shown when you apply and on your portal (currently annual). Text alerts are included. The first 30 shops we approve receive founding-member pricing, which stays locked in while your account is in good standing. Applying is free and nothing is charged until you are approved. We invoice you by email (and by text if you have opted in) with instructions to pay by Venmo or PayPal. Membership fees are non-refundable unless we say otherwise in writing.
If an invoice is more than 30 days overdue, we may remove your shop from the network. When a membership ends, the search box on your site stops working and your products leave the index. Pay the balance and contact us to be reinstated.
When a shopper searches on Shop A's site, clicks Shop B's product, and buys it, Shop B owes Shop A a referral fee of 10% of the item price, excluding tax and shipping. The click must have happened within 30 days of the order. Fees become payable after a 30-day return window, refunded or returned items are removed, and balances under $10.00 roll over to the next statement. A shop earns nothing from clicks on its own products or those of an affiliated shop.
Members pay each other directly by Venmo or PayPal and mark payments in their portal. We do not hold or move this money and we are not a party to these payments. Each member is responsible for its own taxes on fees it earns. A member who does not pay fees it owes may be removed by a vote of the members. Tracking depends on the order-confirmation snippet or server postback; we can show that a conversion matches a real click but cannot verify that every sale was reported. Sellers may dispute a referral in their portal.
You must be a real shop that sells 3D-printed goods to the public, own the website you apply with, keep your product information accurate, and not list counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or prohibited items. You must not misuse the search service, the API, or other members' data. Any member may flag a product or shop; a flagged item may be hidden pending review.
New shops are approved by existing members (and may be approved or removed by the site administrator). We may decline or end a membership at any time, including for violating these terms.
You grant us a license to read, store and display your product titles, descriptions, prices, images and links in search results and on your public shop profile. You can delist at any time by leaving the network or removing the widget and feed.
Program: 3DPrintster Guild member text alerts. What you receive: automated texts about referrals you earn, referred sales, new member shops joining, and invoice and billing reminders, to the mobile number you give us. Consent: you opt in by checking the text-alerts box on our application form or in your portal. Consent is not a condition of membership or of any purchase. Frequency: message frequency varies with network activity. Cost: message and data rates may apply. Opt out: reply STOP at any time, or turn off all alerts in your portal. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts. Help: reply HELP or email steve.lloyd@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that shoppers will find or buy your products, that other members will report or pay fees, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
